Well since I have to replace my heater core and it doesn’t look to be a fun job unless I drink enough beer.(he, he I need an excuse to drink a couple anyway) I was wondering if I need to replace any other components since I have to tear the whole dash apart. I only want to do this once (having done my 240, 740, and a friends 240) I figure while I am that far I will replace the bellows that control the air flow (drivers and passengers sides) seeing how they have to be done also. Other than that and the heater hose I don’t plan to replace much else unless some good advice comes my way.

Thanks Brick board I found a cheaper place to get parts other than IPD(sorry) and Volvo.

I haven’t found a place other than Volvo for the bellows?? I will take advice on that one also.
