Vibrations coming & going 1800

Hi,

I am new on this section of the brickboard, got my first P1800 last Friday. A 72 P1800ES in decent condition (shall post some pics soon). After more than 2 years stalled up before i bought it, the biggest problems have been brakes like rusty rotors and stuck pistons in rear calipers.

The car runs great, but a vibration more or less strong comes and goes, most often during accelleration. If it starts to vibrate, it will vibrate until car stops and stands for a short while.

What can it be? My main suspicion is the tranny axle, but can worn joints and/or bad central bearing/rubber cushion explain this coming/going vibration behaviour?
