86...high idle...whoa! 200

Ive been up to my ears getting this sedan going.
engine harness repair, cap, rotor, coolant flush n stat.
oil change w filter, ajusted tps sensor now it clicks on & off.
I unplugged the amm no change. I unplugged the iac then it died
of course it did because of the air sucking into the tp. I cant
figure out how to make the idle go down at all.....What is it?
I also checked for cracked hoses and intake plastic hose all ok.
The previouse owner said that the timing belt broke and that he
replaced the belt but didnt check the timing...um this might be it?
Throw me some ideas brickster...Thanks
