Should I Rebuild or Replace

Do you have to contend with Emissions during your inspection? If "no" then a Chevy V8 in anything is very cool so long as you have cutting torches, mig welders and the finese to make it look very neat AND run reliable.
Do you have the time to take the car off the road for a while?
If you are ready to fight unanticipate issues, Trani tunnels too small etc. then do the V8. I have done my share in other vehicles.
Old Datson Pickup (before they became Nissan), Chevy Vega (when people knew what a Vega was) And of course my '75 Jeep. So I'ma fan of something Unique.
