Ok, I gotta ask. (re: Autocrossing) 200 1981

I rummaged through the Volvo original cup websites and I now have grandiose ideas of autocrossing my 242. Am I stupid for doing so? You bet! Why should I conform to the usual Honduh and Toyopet requirements and use a Brick instead? Why the hell not! (To quote the Kinkster)

So I ask you, the Brickster masses, have any of you autocrossed your Brick? I understand it'd be easier to A/X a 142 or even an Amazon or 1800, but fine passable specimen of these breeds are hard to come by in these here parts (Texas).

I'd appreciate any feedback on autocrossing a Brick, such as tire choices, brake ideas, suspension needs. Yep, I'm already crazy so don't remind me. At least I'm not talking about dropping a M46 on my chest. Thanks!
