Thank you for taking the time to reply.

That is very interesting because I don't hear the spin up now. The spin up is very prevalent normally. I thought that was the fuel relay or something that I was hearing. I have had intermittent load/power problems for quite sometime where sometimes the car would run fine and other times it was terrible. I could stop and start the car, most of the time, and the problem would go away but that has been getting less frequent lately. It has never out and out failed until now. It ran poorly and had no pick up under a load but now it just won't start.

Is the sensor on the 10 oclock position as you are standing in front of the engine or in the drivers seat? Stupid question but want to make sure.
