spring compressors 200 1987

As others say - dead easy, no compressor needed. The only points to watch are:
1) that the top cone locating mount is still intact - they can rust badly. They unbolt however and are easily replaced.
2) The bolt holding the metal plate just inside the bottom end of the spring is often rusted tight and breaks when you try to undo it. Contrary to appearances it isn't actually welded to the plate, and is easily replaced with any standard nut and bolt. Don't try to tighten it fully until the spring is compressed.
3) lower shock mounting bolt often rusted solid. Just cut through it with a grinder and get a new bolt and find some spacers.
