cylinder head oil leak at rear oil galley plug under distributer-B230FT 700 1989

I have had this annoying oil drip on the right rear of the cylinder head, the valve cover gasket and a new distributer were installed due to a bad hall sensor(baked)and also leaking oil. When I removed the distributer I noticed an oil galley plug resides under the distributer backing plate, this plug is leaking oil.The plug won't come out even when heated, can you use J-B weld expoxy to seal this plug?
