Support arm bushings 140-160

My 145 needs some new axle support arm bushings. I'm wondering if I can simply unbolt the support arm from the body, pull it down a little, and replace what's left of the old ones? What do I need to know about this? Looks simple enough to me but I sure don't want to mess it up. Thanks, great little car by the way (First Volvo..aww)
