240 auto to manual conversion 200 1989

1989 240 DL sedan b230f

I recently salvaged an 89 240 manual with the 5 speed (M47) tranny.
Intent was to take the necessary parts to convert my car to stick.

complete pedal assembly (incl brake pedal)
clutch cable assembly
everything from the flywheel to the mid of the driveshaft (center bearing)
shifter& boot
I'll put in a new crank sensor, and new oil seals

I see this as complete. Would I be missing anything?
Do I need to replace the complete pedal assembly or can I add o nthe clutch pedal assembly to my existing one? Can this be done from under the dash?
Do I need the driveshaft until the midpoint as I took off the car?
I also took the tranny crossmember, is it the same as on the auto?

Thanks!
