I met briefly with a fellow that is selling his 1988 240 sedan/automatic. I plan to take a look at it tonight. Our conversation was short, but everything is in first class working condition including AC. He is asking $1500. Car just cleared 100K. Interior looks as good as my 91 740 with 88K.

Anyway, what are the pitfalls for the 88 240? Is this one of those years that the wiring harness was a problem? Let me know what you think.
