sudden exhaust leak on 740 turbo 700

I have 91 740 turbo with 106k miles on it. Had it about 3 months. All the sudden I have what I think is a very sharp exhaust leak somewhere near the front of the engine. I gets louder under load, almost non-existant at idle. I put a stethascope on the head/cam area and it's not tapping. I can't pin point the leak - it's too crowded and hot in there.

I assume I have to replace the manifold to head gasket and the manifold to turbo gasket. Anything else I should buy while I'm at it? Do these cars crack the exhaust manifolds all at once, and this thing is loud and sharp?

any help would be appreciated.
mike
