Park Brake Metal Hanger Tab? 700 1986

I'll be replacing my park brake shoes really soon.

In anticipation I tore the passenger side apart to take the old shoes out, while I was waiting for parts. I wanted to see what I was up against ahead of time.

While I was in there I realised that the little metal tab that holds the shoes up was nearly rusted right off and it broke off as soon as I moved it.

Where will I be able to source one of these things? Can I make it myself?
