WHEEL(RIM) WARPED 444-544

Hello All

The front right wheel(rim) of my PV is a little warped and so I have had trouble getting it balanced(wheel balancing).
1. Would it be ok to put that wheel(slightly warped) at the back and move the one at the back(balanced wheel) to the front.
2. Will the rear wheel/rim(slightly warped) then cause any problems considering it is hard fixed as opposed to the front wheel which has free movement for obvious reasons.
The reason I am asking is that the car is pulling to the left a little. The brakes are fine as when I brake hard the car does NOT veer to the left or right. Therefore, I believe that I need to to make sure that the front wheels are correctly balanced before I can see correctly how much the car is pulling to the left.
Once the two front wheels are balanced and the car pulls to the left then I can worry about getting the front wheels ALIGNED(caster/ camber/ toe-in/ toe-out).

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THE CORRECT(OPTIMUM) CASTER,CAMBER,TOE-IN,TOE-OUT AND KING PIN INCLINATION FOR A PV544(1963) B18A. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

SUNIL
