What a sweet factory original 122S! - I like! - Don't let that big drewling dog of yours drive it too much! ;-)
Well.. (presuming everything is factory original) - The early clutch was a tiny bit different from the later one - it changed in 1967 models. A bit difficult, but here goes my best explaining:
The hub of the clutch disc on early clutch (early = pre 1967) is a bit smaller diameter than later style.
(Look at your picture of the clutch disc which is a later style disc)
After some wear (say 1/3 - 1/2 wear of facing) the later style clutch disc hub can touch the flywheel (actually: the rivets holding the two metal plates and springs), when fitted to an early style flywheel. Later flywheels was factory machined so that a small 'canyon' at the inner edge (say 1/2 inch) compensated for this possible scenario (clutch disc touching flywheel)
I hope you get it!
Anyway - to your question: Since you are going to change rear crankshaft seal - you'll have the flywheel out anyway. - Since the very correct way to proceed regarding clutch would be to install new parts (and thereof a new style clutch disc) - the further correct thing to do, will be to machine this little 'canyon' (I lack words here - but if you can find a later B20 flywheel to look at, I'm sure you'll get what I mean!) - and then it's obvious, that the answer to your question will be: Yes, let them who machine your flywheel resurface it too while it's there anyway! Absolutely no reason to change the flywheel! You'll enjoy more than you think - to have done the clutch part complete and correct.
Tech: The early clutch can be of different brands - but what is very nice with the SACHS clutch (like the one in the eBay auction) is that they are very!! nice, light and smooth to your leg/knee. The early ones are known to be very hard and 'heavy'.
And final: I don't think that you'll be able to get an original clutch (early style) in US? - I'll bet that to go for the SACHS complete set will be the correct and most satiesfactory way to go.
My 2 cents - based on more than 100 SACHS clutches sold and never had a return so far (and majority ARE regular customers).
Oh.. And to stay an angry Viking: Aren't your tires a bit 'fat'?.. :-) 195 or something? - are they not 'whooperly' to drive?
