Tranny filter question S90-V90

Same here! Put the drain plug back and keep the pan around until all the dripping stops. Another 16 Oz. splashed down when I pulled the screen off. I inspected mine at 100K and was happy to discover that it was a waste of time. Just a little mud at the bottom of the pan as you would expect.
The filler tube stays with the pan, but be gentle with it. Like the cup-holder, this is one the few items that is not over-built. Seems like the filler tube had a little strap bolted to the block too....
