What years/models will this chrome locking gas cap fit? (Ebay item) 140-160

Hi All,

Would anyone be able to tell me what years this 100 series gas cap will fit? I heard somewhere that a change was made around 1974, but I'm unsure of the fitment of this cap. It's on ebay here:
