740 Seat Belts Locked up!!! HELP!!!!! 700 1989

For the summer, I put my old 745 Turbo seats in my 740 sedan, figuring the velour inserts would be much more comfortable than the black leather. Well, I did not realize that the seat belts had locked, I can't get them to unlock, WHAT DO I DO!? Or rather, WHAT DID I DO!?! Am I screwed or is there some unlocking trick I haven't discovered yet?

THANK YOU for all input. Showing off my gorgeous and comfortable seats probably won't get me out of a ticket and my inspection is DUE!
