Where to find OEM style clutch cable for a '91 200

Where can I buy a clutch cable like the original - with the big spiral flighting on the outside cable housing that threads into the adjustor?

I can tell from the pictures that the Sachs and Scantech cables that I see on the Autohaus and FCP websites are not the same style. The cable that Autohaus sent me when I replaced the clutch at 175k mi would not even attach to my fork arm and bell housing, so I put the original back on. Now at 250k mi, that original cable is starting to feel pretty mushy.

Am I stuck paying dealer price to get this?

Thanks
