Yes the tires (by that I mean rubber) will fit as that was a standard tire size on some turbo models of the 90's. If you are wondering about the "Rims" then that depends on a number of factors ie offset, bolt pattern/layout. We need more info about the rims.

However, if you are pulling 16" Volvo Hydra rims off a rwd volvo 7/9 series (before 1994??? in the case of 9xx car - others help me out on this) then they should fit your car.
