What is going on!!! 700 1991

Ok, I got my distributor replaced and got my timing belt looked at, the timing belt was right on, not a tooth off. I replaced almost all my vacuum lines besides the intercooler hoses (they are fine for now, no cracks).

Yet I am still experiencing low vacuum 10-15inhg (20inhg is normal). I can floor the car and it will go nowhere for about 2 seconds then take off. I am in boost a little sooner, and also when launching I have like no boost.

Why is my car having poor acceleration and throttle response?

Why cant I not launch hard at all?

I was thinking this is some type of vacuum issue, or something related to my FPR or throttle body sticking. Yet I have been searching for about weeks and I cant find anything related to my problem. [Car is a 91 740t, modifications? 10psi,k&n filter, msd coil, ngk irdium ix plugs, custom catch can set up, flowmaster 50]

1 OBD code: 1-2-3* Signal missing to/from coolant temp sensor

Thanks for you help.
