What is going on!!! 700 1991

You may be experiencing normal turbo lag? Have you checked you vacuum gauge with another to be sure it's reading correctly? Hook the gauge up and start clamping vacuum lines to check for leaks. Don't know if the '91 has one but my '89 has a vacuum resevoir up near the radiator. If so it may be leaking. Squirt some propane around the intake manifold gasket to check for any leaks.
