Alignment Again 140-160 1971

Hello all,

I know I had already asked this question but I can not find the thread using the search function on this site so I will just ask the collective once again. What are some good numbers to have my alignment set to for improved handling, good tire wear, and the occasional day at the track? I have installed IPD bars, VPD springs, and 225/45-17. I think one of you ITB racers sent me some numbers before. I promise to put them in a safe place this time so I won't have to ask again..... :)
