Storage tips for my 82 244 200

I plan on storing my 82 244. I will probably jack it up, put in new oil, gas, fuel stabilizer, baking soda inside.
should I fog the cylinders? I will be checking on it once a month, probably start it and roll it around etc. I am questioning fogging the cylinders since I will be starting it once a month....your thoughts. PS The storage is underground parking.. Thanks Mike F
