Front Seat Interchange: V70 to 940? 900

Dear Fellow Brickboarders,

May this find you well. Is it possible to put front seats from a V70 (1998) directly into a 940 (1993). By "directly" I mean:
(a) will the bolt holes in the seat tracks match exactly the holes in the 940's floor pan?
(b) will the electrical connectors on the V70 seat match exactly those in the 940 car?

If the answers to (a) or (b) is "No", what are the differences? That is, are the seat track bolt holes a fraction of an inch different from the holes in the 940 floor pan, or are the differences more than a fraction of an inch?

In respect to (b), are the number and size of wires completely different, or are the connectors of a different format?

Thanks for your help.

Yours faithfully,

spook
