Clutch fan noise?? 200

The new noise is not like a belt slipping but much sharper and harsh. It lasts for a 2 or 3 seconds. It seems to be present on turns or accelerations for about 10 minutes after a cold start up. When I looked at the belts, they all appear in good condition and good tension. Could this be the clutch for the fan?? If so, IS THERE A SIMPLE FIX FOR THE CLUTCH FOR THE FAN?? IS LUBRICANT INDICATED OR IS THAT A BAD IDEA?
Thanks to all who answer.
