Radio Upgrade 1990 740 700

I'm looking for recommendations for a replacement for the factory radio. Just picked up a 1990 740 GLE wagon which my wife will drive. She wants AM/FM, something that will play a single CD, and also that has an IPOD adapter on the face. No need for a cassette player. We would prefer something that will fit the original radio dash location - I don't know if that's unrealistic.

Any ideas?
