Leaking tranny fluid!! 200

So I thought my car had been leaking a little bit of oil, but it turns out that the tranny fluid is the culprit. When I had checked it last week it was fine and red! now i am thinking that the fluid hasnt been changed in a looooong time. It is reall dirt brown when it leaks! Also my car smelled really HOT and there seemed to be some smoking comeing off of the transmission or the more likely the exhaust( it's a little wet outside).

So where do you add in tranny fluid and what is the most likely seal to go for it to leak transmission fluid? Sorry, no Bentley manual yet!

And how durable are these AW-70 transmissions anyway?
