radio suppression relay connector 700 1985

We have been having some drivability issues with our 90 740 gle. Mostly by-weekly stalling at speed ,which seems to be related to rough roads. I have replaced the FPR and the power stage. I have looked at the grounds on the car.I did yesterday look at the radio suppression relay and discovered the insulation in the connector was mostly gone and the black wire was loose. I don't know if this is the problem or not but does anyone know how to get and replace this insulation. Any and all thoughts will be apprieciated. Thanks Joe
