Harmonic Balancer orintation of keyway and timing mark 900 1992

I have reviewed the FAQs on harmonic balancer failure and believe I may have one that is failing. I am just completing a 150K-mile service. Before I button things up all the way I have a question. I have replaced the timing belt and all alignment marks seem to be in order. When I rotate the engine by hand, which I have done several times and bring the engine to TDC, marks are all in proper orientation and #1 cylinder has just completed compression. However the timing mark on the balancer is positioned way to the right “CW” from the “0” on the timing cover. I would assume this would indicate quite a retarded timing if it were true. What I would like to know if any one knows the proper orientation on a good balancer between the timing mark and the keyway on the balancer hub. So what I am asking is when you would look at a good balancer from the front with the key in the 12 O’clock position where should the timing mark be? With this information I should be able to tell if mine has rotated and is out of proper sync. TIA Jim
