Unusual trim piece and Clips hard to find. Help? 200 1983

Hi guys,
Still working to restore the black '83 245GL for my new driver daughter. This particular wagon has a flat black trim piece about 1.5 inches wide that runs under all the side windows from to back. Along that trim piece is another chrome (aluminum) piece about 1/4 inch wide and attaches with very tiny trim clips that are similar to the bigger style trim piece for the usual door trim. These little clips are white and the holes are horizontal ovals. Very small. Well, one of the shiny trim pieces is gone on the rear door and I cannot find it anywhere in any of the usual places like VolvoWorld or IPD. And where do I find those very little trim clips to hold that shiny strip on? What other alternatives can I use besides the trip clips?
Any help would be appreciated. --John
