Dumb Question About a Part Name 200

I need to replace a part on my 240 and I can't seem to locate one right now... Further hindering this is the fact that I don't know what it's called. I'm going to describe it... Please keep in mind I'm a woman so cut me some slack on my description... Ok the mystery part is on the rear deck and it looks like it covers up the seatbelt reeler or whatever you want to call it... One of mine is punched out or just cracked from age... What is the name of this part????
