No Start 200 1987

No Start in my '87 240 sedan... I'll turn the key and get a turnover, but it will not fire up.
I had this problem back in Jan/Feb. but after doing the following it went away. What else should I look for now?

what has been done:
It has gas, 3/4 full
25amp good and clean
new/used ECU with plug well connected
new fuel pump relay working
new cleaned fuses
new plugs and wires and coil

I guess I should go around cleaning any connection wires...

any help or ideas appreciated,
