Blower motor in- air not working 200 1989

Hello-

After several fits and starts, I am 95% of the way there! I must admit, when reassembling the dash brackets, I did almost give up. Fortunately, my Volvo guy (Hi, Pete!) would not let me- he told me what I needed to know. Anyway, I have the console assembled, but not connected. Signals, blower, stereo, and all that fun stuff working. HOWEVER, I have the following issues:

My Air conditioner does not seem to engage.
Console lights are not working (but defogger light does)
rear door locks not powered

Can anyone think of a big basic thing I may have done, or not done? Any ideas might help!
