Will 240 muffler(s) fit on 940T front muffler? 200

I have two new mufflers (from an older 240). I was wondering if I could use either one (front or rear) on the 1991 940T that needs a front muffler.....
does anyone know about the compatibility between these two cars?

Also....I picked up a 2-1-2 code on the 940T that translates to O2 sensor ....perhaps the bad front muffler on the 940T could be the culprit for the code?
