another ac problem/question 900 1995

Hello all, thanks for the great advice on my previous post. I have read the previous posts on ac problems and want to make sure before I do anything. My ac quits or slows intermittently, usually when the weather is boiling hot. Then all of a sudden the ac kicks in, blows full force and after about a minute repeats its intermittent cycle.

I am wondering if it is the ECC connections or should I by-pass the sensor on the compressor.
