Solved, ignore post 700

I'm trying to separate my fuel pump's line from pump to filter just now, and it appears that the fuel line is still pressurized. I have a no-start from a failed pump (long noisy pump, I have spark, I have injector pulse, I have voltage to the pump).

I think the nuts are stuck so well because the pressure is not being relieved. I've cranked it for maybe 60 seconds, how long do I need to crank to relieve the pressure? I can't pull the fuse while it's running because it won't start.
I don't have a vacuum pump, so I can't provide enough suction to the FPR to dump the pressure into the return line. help?

-Will

EDIT: I just went outside and put my hands together and pop. PBBlaster and the cranking must have been enough. Thanks for reading anyway.
