Coolant Leak at Head Gasket (B23F) 200 1983

Coolant is leaking out of the head gasket between cylinders 2 and 3 just above the knock sensor (intake side). It only weeps out slowly for a few minutes after the engine is shut off. Has anyone had any luck stopping this type of leak by re-torquing the head bolts or adding stop leak? I'd like to wait until my daughter goes back to school in the fall to remove the head. jp
