'93 245: front suspension creeks and groans turning into driveway 200 1993

'93 245, 186k miles. Sounds like the passenger side is groaning when I turn into the driveway or slowly steer into a parking space. I'm not sure how to correctly diagnose....

On my daughter's sedan ('89 240)...I replaced all the ball joints, tie rod ends, struts, control arm bushing, and strut mounts.....so I have an idea how the '93 wagon is put together.....but I just want to make sure I get the exact thing that's causing the creaks and groans (instead of having to do another whole front suspension job)when I'm in the driveway.

Thanks,
Cabbie2169
p.s. Anyone got a sway bar that I could upgrade with?
