new radiator or 'rod out?' 120-130

I can't seem to completely solve my overheating problems- new and tested thermostat, new water pump, electric fan, flushed system, no leaks, etc. I'm often driving 3+ hours on the highway and also stuck in barely moving traffic in the summer and once the ambient temp is over about 80 my cooling system can't seem to keep up. IPD has their summer sale going on now and I'm weighing whether to take my radiator somewhere to have it 'rodded out' or just get a new one? And are there any alternatives that will work on a B20 in a 122, like one of the aluminum ones from Summit? Ideas, opinions....
