Small Clock 200

The harness is in the correct position, with all wires running to the correct tabs, but I dont have a voltometer as of yet to test. Forgot to mention that yeah I do have the speedometer attatched as well, but what are the other wires you speak of? I have thought it may be a bad harness but it looks in decent enough condition to function properly. I figured the capacitors may be dead (the things are from 83 & 85), maybe its just time to get to the ole radio shack and open them clocks!
