To anyone who works on Jeeps. 200

Yes I do know that I am indeed in the wrong forum to be posting about Jeeps but I know some 240 owners are mechanics and work in shops. To those people I have a question: I need HELP! I have a 2002 Jeep Cherokee in the shop right now and all of the mechanics are totally baffled at why the car will not start. The spark plugs and fuel pump are not recieving any electrical current whatsoever, and I've tested all of the wiring harnesses and everything electrical (Fuses, relays, etc.) and they've all tested out fine. The truck cranks over beautifuly but just simply doesn't start and the words "No Bus" appear on the odometer instead of the mileage. We called the Jeep dealership for help but of course they don't want to give it to us so any help would be greatly appreciated!
