Help! Its Alignment day (camber?) 200 1981

Hey guys! I need some help. I'm moving to New York tomorrow, and am going to get my 240 aligned today (I just installed a tie-rod end and got new tires).

The tire shoulders had been wearing very fast when the car had positive camber, so I'm wondering what I should specify. I drive hard around corners, but do some highway mileage too, so I'm looking for a happy medium.

What am I supposed to tell the alignment shop about grinding the slots?

I was thinking do do 1/4 to 1/2 degree neg camber, and 1/16" toe-in. Sound good?
