It took me about 2 years of gathering parts, information, and modifying parts (mostly the gas tank and intake manifold) to get my Megasquirt finished.

I think setting up the equipment was the easy part. Setting up the parameters and tuning Megasquirt through the computer was more difficult. More of a learning curve thing.
