Power Steering Leak 200 1992

My 1992 has a leak that looks like it is coming from the power steering. The resevoir looks full. The owner's manual says it takes ATF Type F, but it also says the PS fluid needs no changing. After reading some relevant discussion threads I intend to

1. check for loose hose clamps.
2. flush the PS system.
3. collect any metal particles with a magnet.

If I still have a leak, should I consider putting in Stop Leak for the PS?
