Rear Wiper Relay Wiring Diagram 200 1983

My 83 245's rear wiper has worked since fixing the broken harnes in the hinge but the intermittent function still does not work. I pulled the relay and it looks fine. Using an ohmmeter I checked the solder joints on the board to the terminals and all seems well. None of my books or wiring diagrams show anything about what wires send power or ground to the relay. Does anyone know what each wires does and is there a simple way to test the relay? Any help is very much appreciated.
