96 965 front rotor problems S90-V90

Wagon presently has 132K on it, bought it w/99k. Put new rotors (Brembo) with OEM pads on all fours at 110K. At 118K steering wheel shakes on braking. Figure they are warped and had them turned and 3k later warped again. New rotors put on at 124K, kept same pads as they are hardly used and now fronts are shaking the steering wheel again when brakes applied. I am not hard on brakes, calipers seem to be moving correctly and color of rotors are silver and uniform in surface. What gives? Anyone experience the same or is there a better pad/rotor combination? Called Bretwood and they said I should use OEM rotors and pads while IPD said Brembo are ok but not to use OEM pads to go with PBR. Thoughts?
