Lights gone crazy 700 1985

1) The bulb sensor is going on and off because it's sensing an imbalance in current .. well, somewhere. It sounds like a case of a shorted wire from your flasher powering the headlights - probably on the right hand side. Try removing your bulb out sensor, turn on the right hand blinker and see if the problem stops. Check the FAQ under the fuses and relays for how.
2) good luck finding the short. I would look first in the flasher/light stalk. There are two screws on the top of the plastic case around the steering wheel.
3) UNPLUG YOUR RED BATTERY CABLE and WAIT 15 MINUTES!! You don't want your airbag going off at any point in time, especially if you're actually near it.

Good luck,
Will
