engine quit - any guesses? 200 1993

Our 1993 left my daughter stranded by the road today. This is the one I got recently that has all the records from the previous owner who took it to the dealer every 5000 miles. She said it ran a little funny on the way home, like it was missing some power, before it stopped completely and wouldn't start. It will turn over easily, but no sign of starting. Checked fuse #4 for fuel and the fuses looked fine. The owners manual says to check the fuse next to the coil on the left wheel housing. I dont see a fuse there. What's it look like?

Had it towed home but I don't have anything in the way of test tools. No error codes. Suspect it is fuel or spark. Haynes says use calibrated ignition system tester at end of spark plug, so I might try to borrow one tomorrow. Where else should I start? I also have a 1992 240 so I could swap coils or something if that is useful. Suggestions please regarding where to start eliminating things.
Thanks.
