Leaking fuel from sender 120-130

I have just replaced the sender unit and notice fuel is slowly leaking out of the gasket over a period of a day and filling the sender well. The rubber gasket is new and I tightened the screws when I installed it. Is there any method or gasket goo that will give an air tight fit considering it is in contact with fuel?
